Our local cacao-alatier will guide you through the process of harvesting and preparing the cacao beans, then utilizing them in a variety of delicious and nutritious recipes. Depending on your class productivity, you may have guilt free chocolate treats to last you for the remainder of your trip!

There are several different types of drop in, or private yoga classes, as well as boot camps, pilates and even MuayThai kick boxing. The Pump House (local weight room) is open daily and welcomes newcomers. You can pump iron and the tunes.
