Pina Hills is set on the edge of one of the largest privately protected reserves in the tropical lowland rain forest. In this immersive destination, the real luxury is in living and breathing the jungle. Every inch is waiting to be discovered. Here, you encounter iconic frogs and macaws, endangered monkeys, Koatis, over 200 species of birds and more! It is a pristine environment where nature thrives in its rawest form.
The villa is creatively crafted with both organic and industrial elements, producing a truly unique architectural feel. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom home with natural stone infinity swimming pool. The house includes top of the line BBQ station, AC in the rooms, well ventilated common areas and all the appliances you would expect to find in a modern day dwelling.

Perfect. Luxury in the jungle, with a beach at the end of the road and just 5 minutes drive from the wave. Beautiful architecture (somehow even nicer than the photos) and extremely comfortable. Made more comfortable by Gustavo as the gentleman host who is communicative and can help with anything.
About the villa

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king bed with two glass side lamps made by hand from a Costarican designer. It has a closet and a private bathroom with his and her sinks and a spacious shower made with gorgeous balinese stones.

Monkey Bedroom
The second bedroom we like to call the ‘Monkey Bedroom has a queen bed (we have two single beds that can be switched or added to any of the bedrooms) and closet. It is a comfy bedroom with a dark environment that will let you sleep for hours.

Infinity Swimming Pool
Jump in after your surf session in this delicious balinese stone swimming pool. It is fresh and surrounded by nature everywhere just to float and relax after using the nice exterior shower.

BBQ Rancho
Someone said grilled fish? Enjoy your afternoons sitting in this beautiful bbq area with painted concrete floors and costarican handmade lamps. Invite your friends over you will have a blast while playing with our human size Jenga!

Fully Equipped Kitchen
Even though we offer chef services, nothing beats cooking with all the most high end utensils while enjoying views to the ocean. Serve some drinks to your guests over the wooden counter and have an amazing time.

We loved staying in this beautiful home in Pavones set in the jungle - a 3 minute drive / short walk to the beach and the amazing surf. Incredibly private location surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife. We saw toucans, macaws, howler monkeys, squirrel monkeys and amazing blue butterflies - all while lounging next to the most beautiful deep blue pool. The pool area also has an outside shower and a big charcoal Weber grill (you can buy “carbon” at the local grocery stores). As a bonus, the caretaker can help you get fresh fish and coconuts. The entire home has a great indoor/outdoor living feel with large windows and sliding doors.
The home is also really well appointed - the kitchen is well stocked: big gas stove, oven, dishwasher, stand mixer and utensils. There’s a kitchen/bar counter with bar stools next to the stove that makes the entire kitchen area feel very social. The beds and linen are incredibly comfortable. The showers are hot and the showerheads are massive! The couch in the living room is incredibly comfortable (especially for a post-surf nap!) and there’s a big TV to entertain yourself. We also loved little touches like lots of towels (inside and for the pool), yoga mats, etc.
The internet is fast (10-12 Mbps up+down) and reliable - more than good enough for weeks of working remote, doing Zoom calls and streaming movies. The area has short (few seconds) power outages a few times per week and these are easily bridged by the uninterruptible power supply (UPS/battery) that keeps the internet working throughout.
